RASHID HAS EXPERIENCE IN PURCHASING, LOGISTICS INVENTORY MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE MANAGES INTERNAL ADMINISTRATION, WARRANTY CLAIMS, SUPPORTS SALES AND MARKETING FOR EVENTS. HE ALSO ASSISTS WITH REPORTING AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT BY SUPPORTING FUNCTIONS ESSENTIAL TO SALES OPERATIONS WHILE WORKING CLOSELY WITH THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS. HIS CONTINUED FOCUS IS ON MAXIMIZING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IN ADDITION, RASHID IS DEDICATED TO CONTINUING HIS LEARNING JOURNEY. HE RECOGNIZES THE IMPORTANCE OF STAYING UPDATED WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS AND ADVANCEMENTS, AND ACTIVELY SEEKS OUT OPPORTUNITIES TO EXPAND HIS KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS.
