Located in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, Third Space Properties reflects the company’s purpose-driven values and commitment to sustainable development. The 5,570 sq.ft. workspace fosters creativity, collaboration, and community, featuring a warm palette of walnut veneer, geometric flooring, and bold color accents.

CDm2 LIGHTWORKS partnered with Monarc Interiors and ThinkL Lighting Studio to deliver bold, efficient, and sustainable lighting solutions on a fast-tracked schedule. CDm2 provided decorative lighting, task lighting, and controls to this unique office space. 

Lighting plays a central role in defining the space from a striking “city grid” of LED pendants to decorative fixtures and illuminated signage that shape rhythm, mood and brand identity.

Energy-efficient LED systems and intelligent controls minimize energy use while supporting wellness and visual comfort. The result is a vibrant, people-centred workspace that reflects Third Space Properties’ triple-bottom-line philosophy balancing design innovation, environmental responsibility, and human experience.
