CDm2 Lightworks and Lumenpulse are pleased to submit proposed concepts and high level budgets for the design of accent lighting to the William R. Bennett Bridge in Kelowna, British Columbia. The intent of this project is to enhance the visual presence of the bridge, improve nighttime aesthetics, and support community identity through energy-efficient and durable lighting solutions. Our proposal includes three distinct options designed to meet varying levels of scope, cost, and visual impact, while maintaining environmental sensitivity and long-term sustainability.

Project Objectives
- Highlight the architectural features of the Bennett Bridge with professional-grade lighting.
- Utilize energy-efficient LED technology to minimize operational costs.
- Ensure all components meet BC Hydro, City of Kelowna, and Ministry of Transportation standards.
- Incorporate programmable controls for seasonal or event-specific lighting themes.
- Current details are provided as preliminary ‘pre-design’ level concepts for budget considerations.
- Confirmation of budget and commitment to one concept are expected to progress the design through to schematic and detailed design.
- Increasingly more accurate budgeting information will be provided as design progresses into construction document phases.

• Illumination of Girders and Piers Using Lumenbeam Projectors. (Elevated Section Only)
• Use of colour changing plus warm white LED projector luminaires along the bridge arches and piers.
• Focus on subtle, architectural illumination that enhances bridge structure visibility at night.
