Project Details

Vancouver Centre II required lighting to perform across a complex Class AAA office tower—from base building and lobby spaces to façade, parkade and controls.

CDm2 LIGHTWORKS supported virtually every lighting scope, including custom fixtures coordinated with the radiant ceiling system, precision façade lighting validated through full-scale mockups, and networked controls integrated with the building’s broader systems.

The result is a coordinated, high-performance lighting system designed around visual quality, constructability, energy performance and long-term operation.
